Services
F.A.I.T.H.
offers comprehensive personal services, advice and
assistance in obtaining aid within, but not limited too, the following
areas:
- Sponsorship —
Counseling, mentoring and moral support during and
after incarceration.
- Worship —
Recommending and introducing inmates and families to a supportive faith
community.
- Support — Assistance
with basic life skills, family issues, and direction to programs that
provide direct aid and facilitate self development.
- Transportation —
Public transportation vouchers or volunteers who assure transport to
self help meetings, parole reporting, medical appointments, etc.
- Identification —
Acquiring and reacquiring birth certificate, drivers license, and/or
other I.D. as required for personal needs.
- Employment — Aid with
resumes, job mentoring, arranging training and interviews, and working
with employers to overcome the “ex-con” stigma.
- F.A.I.T.H. counselors
strive to tailor services provided according to the needs of each
individual and family.
